testing

the main thing that i learned from our tests this week was how many variables you need to be careful for. any slight change that isn't noted can ruin the results of your experiment, and you need to control as many things as possible. one thing for our experiment was that wherever the cockroach went, it always just seemed to be trying to escape onto the table. we should have isolated it much more than we did so that that didnt happen. we could have also tested multiple cockroaches to generalize the preferences more. that was the biggest thing i took away from the experiments.
